Frequently asked questions
There are 6 different levels of subscriptions, each box come with different products, it depends on your subscrition level.
For the initial payment, you will need to pay via credit card. Once you select a box a new link will open which requires you to pay the initial payment (first month). Please make sure you put the right details from, email to address, ….and the exact amount of box purchased.
As for the following months or till cancelled, You will receive an email and a link from our bank to fill up a form for direct debit. Payments for will be charged monthly before dispatching your monthly box.
Of course, You can cancel your membership at any time. You will need to inform us 5 business days before the cancellation takes effect. Previous membership fees will not be credited back.
Yes, You can register for multiple memberships.
The top 3 memberships offer 10 to 12% discounts on purchases after specified time (depending on membership).
