Power Flush – Instructions for Use

In order to achieve maximum effectiveness, we recommend avoiding all toxins, consume plenty of fruit and fruit juices, exercise and drink plenty of water every day (about 2-3 quarts).

1) Days 1-6: Take one packet of seven capsules in the morning with 20 oz. of water. Take another packet of seven capsules in the afternoon with 20 oz. of water. Take the capsules between meals on an empty stomach.
